Hi Rebecca,
I’m sorry you’re having trouble. It sounds like the right side may just be cut off in the way the file is being displayed on your screen. First, try clicking the minus (–) magnifying glass to zoom out and see if the rest of the page appears. If the page is also cut off when you actually print it, then the download may not have completed correctly. In that case, please try clicking the download link in your email again to re-download the file, and see if that fixes it for you.

I received the email with the link to download, but it looks like the right side of all of the pages is cut off somehow. Am I doing something wrong? I tried changing my print settings but the rest of the image is never there.
