Over the past few years, we’ve created a variety of gingerbread man activities for preschool and kindergarten. I’m excited to share them with you all in one place here today. Plus, I’ve added a few more from some of my favorite teacher-bloggers.

Gingerbread is such a perfect theme to do in December! It’s festive without being too attached to any single holiday. That works out well when you teach public school – or really anywhere that has students who don’t all celebrate the same winter holidays.
